Andie is a National Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine and Health and Wellness Coach, Perimenopause Coach and Holistic Nutrition Specialist. Suffering from chronic health conditions, Andie spent years unraveling her own health story, discovering that wellness is about so much more than diet and exercise. She has spent the last decade learning how to leverage nutrition, mindset, neuroscience and psychology to help others create lasting habit change. She artfully combines her skills, education and personal experiences to support her clients in creating sustainable and meaningful change in all facets of their wellbeing.
